Our complaints procedures are available on request. Alternatively, you can telephone 01403 334455. If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) further details of the FOS can be found at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk or by contacting them on 0800 023 4 567.
